Seafood is highly perishable. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package on the estimated delivery date/time. Mama Seafood is not responsible for spoiled or damaged products resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer or delayed package retrieval after delivery.
